Straight answers, in the order people ask them.
The commercial questions first, because those are the ones that decide it. If something you need to know is not here, ask it during the demonstration — we would rather answer it properly than leave it vague.
Is it for us
Whether Fenora fits your business
Companies that make, sell, survey, fit or import windows and doors — manufacturers, installers, joinery businesses and retail sales teams. It suits businesses whose products are configured rather than picked from a catalogue, and whose prices come from their own materials, glass, hardware and labour rather than a generic square-metre rate.
What it does
What it can actually handle
Box sash and spiral sash windows, flush casements, mock sash, tilt & turn, French casements, steel casements, shaped fixes and bays; single, French, stable, sliding and bifold doors. Each is configured pane by pane, drawn as it will actually be made, and priced from your own rates.
Buying it
Subscribing, onboarding and your data
Your workspace is provisioned the moment you subscribe, with pipelines, document templates, the hardware library and the media pool already in place. What remains is your own numbers — material rates, glass and hardware costs, wood panel pricing and fitting rates. Most businesses load those themselves and are quoting within days; if your range is broad we will bring the pricing across with you, and training is done separately for office and site.
Evidence
What we can actually prove
No logos we have not earned, no numbers we cannot show you. These are the systems Fenora connects to and the way your data is separated.
Gmail, Outlook & IMAP
Your own mailbox connected, so customer email is filed against the deal.
Stripe
Subscription and module billing, with your own billing portal.
QuickBooks
Accepted quotes pushed across as estimates.
HMRC CDS
UK import declarations submitted from the delivery itself.
UK Trade Tariff
Commodity codes resolved against the live tariff, never guessed.
Intelliprint
Proposal letters printed and posted to a planning address.
Workspace isolation
Every record belongs to your workspace and is separated at the database level, not by a filter in the interface.
Access per person
Office, survey and fitting access is granted per person and can be withdrawn immediately.
Subcontractors see only their job
Assigned work only — no pricing, no customer list, no access to the wider workspace.
Site data held on the phone
Measurements and photographs are captured offline and synced to your workspace when there is a signal.
We do not publish customer logos, testimonials or performance figures we have not earned. When our customers agree to be named and their own numbers are theirs to share, they will appear here — and not before.
Still deciding? Ask us the awkward one.
Manage leads, surveys, window configuration, quoting, production, teams and deliveries — all from one place.
