Resources · Case studies
What changes once one system runs the whole job.
We would rather show you the numbers than tell you a story. Every study is written with the business itself, using their own figures, and published only once they have agreed to be named.
What we measure
Judged on four things, not on enthusiasm
- Time to quote
From enquiry to a document in the customer’s hands.
- Remakes
Units re-manufactured because the specification moved.
- Margin held
Quoted margin against the margin actually realised.
- Re-entry
How many times one job is typed into a system.
In preparation
The studies being written now
Each is written with the business itself and published once they have agreed to be named — not before.
- ManufacturerIn preparation
Timber joinery, 22 staff — order to factory floor
Replacing re-typed workshop paperwork with one specification carried from quote to production.
- InstallerIn preparation
Installation business, 6 fitting teams — survey to fit
Surveys taken against the quote on site, with variations approved the same afternoon.
- SalesIn preparation
Retail sales team — quoting in the room
Configuring and pricing during the appointment, and signing before leaving the house.
How they are written
The rules we hold ourselves to
- Written with them
We interview the people doing the work, not only the owner.
- Their figures
Every number comes from their own records, over a stated period.
- Approved before publication
Nothing appears until they have read it and agreed to it.
- Named or not at all
If a business cannot be named, the study is not published.
Evidence
What we can actually prove
No logos we have not earned, no numbers we cannot show you. These are the systems Fenora connects to and the way your data is separated.
Gmail, Outlook & IMAP
Your own mailbox connected, so customer email is filed against the deal.
Stripe
Subscription and module billing, with your own billing portal.
QuickBooks
Accepted quotes pushed across as estimates.
HMRC CDS
UK import declarations submitted from the delivery itself.
UK Trade Tariff
Commodity codes resolved against the live tariff, never guessed.
Intelliprint
Proposal letters printed and posted to a planning address.
Workspace isolation
Every record belongs to your workspace and is separated at the database level, not by a filter in the interface.
Access per person
Office, survey and fitting access is granted per person and can be withdrawn immediately.
Subcontractors see only their job
Assigned work only — no pricing, no customer list, no access to the wider workspace.
Site data held on the phone
Measurements and photographs are captured offline and synced to your workspace when there is a signal.
We do not publish customer logos, testimonials or performance figures we have not earned. When our customers agree to be named and their own numbers are theirs to share, they will appear here — and not before.
